1. Returns Eligibility

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

  • Items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect are eligible for free return and replacement/refund.

  • Certain items such as customized, perishable, or hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned unless received in damaged or defective condition.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • To start a return, log in to your Nawabizzmart account, go to “My Orders,” select the product, and click “Return.”

  • You may also contact our customer support with your order details to request a return.

  • Our team will verify your request and arrange a pickup or provide instructions for return shipping.

3. Refunds for Returns

  • Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

  • If the product is not eligible for return after inspection, it will be sent back to you at your cost.

  • Shipping charges (if any) may not be refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

4. Warranty Coverage

  • All products purchased from Nawabizzmart are covered by a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects, unless otherwise stated.

  • Warranty claims must be supported with proof of purchase (invoice/order ID).

  • The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, mishandling, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
